Most fun I ever had at the dentist!

I would like to start off by thanking you. So THANK YOU!!! My appointment was great. I had some sensitivity to cold drinks on my upper right molar and you guys told me to use toothpaste designed for sensitivity. To be honest I was expecting to hear I needed a root canal but you guys were honest and in these times, especially in this economy it’s hard to find honesty these days. So thanks again! You now have another satisfied repeat customer.

My first visit to North Scottsdale Dental was a very nice experience. The staff immediately put me at ease and were friendly and professional. I have been looking for a dental office for years that had the right fit and am extremely happy to say my search is done, my new dental office is found.

I have lived in the Phoenix area for 5 years and have had the most horrid luck with dentists. I have been a patient at a couple of dental offices in North Phoenix and at each one got that icky used car salesman pitch. I did not feel like I was being treated by a doctorI felt like I was buying a lemon or being sold something I did not need. Who does that?! I mean it is almost like going to the gynecologist and having the doctor say “Buy a pap smear today and you will get half off a uterine ablation!!” Not to worry ladies; Dr. Kroll will not be attempting a uterine anything. Nor will he try to sell you on dental work that you do not need. I was referred to Dr. Kroll my mutual acquaintance and I am so thankful that I was. I find him to be refreshingly no nonsense in his approach. He is now my family dentist and I recommend him to my own family, friends and even my patients (I am a nurse). Lastly I recommend him to you.
